Challenge: How to better prepare patients for a hospital treatment?
St. Antonius Hospital asked this question to Flatland Agency. Because during a conversation with their physician, a lot of patients experience stress and insecurity.
That results in them taking in less information and often, patients have a lot of questions afterwards. St. Antonius Hospital understood that this causes unnecessary frustration and time on both ends.

Solution
An animated video is a perfect way to clarify and explain a procedure. Because the combination of image and text helps most people – even low-literate – to understand more. Flatland developed simple animations for different themes, that clearly explain patients beforehand what they can expect. A patient watching this animation quietly at home, before coming to the hospital, will understand better and experiences less stress in an already stressful situation.
