Fokker’s operational management could use some extra capabilities to deal with organizational change. To do so we trained the managers in visual storytelling and telling motivational stories with the use of a flip-over.
With a full day training we helped getting the participants get more confidence in drawing, develop their visual library of key topics and use storytelling templates to visually develop their stories.
